How do I return an item?

Items may be returned for a refund of the within 30 days of purchase (30 days strictly enforced). Products being returned will carry a 20% restocking fee (25% for mounted wheels and tires). Customers must contact for an RMA prior to returning product(s). Items returned with no RMA will be disposed of.

All electrical parts are not returnable. Electrical motors and controllers are not returnable.
Tools are not returnable.

Item(s) cannot be disassembled or damaged from installation.

If an item was shipped free to the customer, the actual shipping cost to delivery the item to the customer will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Products must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging complete with all supporting documentation.

If an item is received damaged or defective, we will replace the product at no cost to the customer. Customer must notify us within 2 days of any damaged or defective products.

If you would like to return an item, please email for a Returned Mechandise Authorization (RMA). Items will not be accepted for refund without an RMA.

If your package arrived damage, please report it to us immediately.
