How do I return an item?

Items may be returned for a refund of the within 30 days of purchase. Products being returned for reasons other than damage, incorrect, or defective are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers must contact for an RMA prior to returning product(s). Items returned with no RMA will be disposed of.

All electrical parts are not returnable. Electrical motors and controllers are not returnable.

Item(s) cannot be disassembled or damaged from installation.

If an item was shipped free to the customer, the actual shipping cost to delivery the item to the customer will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Products must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging complete with all supporting documentation.

If an item is received damaged or defective, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label with the RMA # and return instructions. We do not cover or refund shipping costs for any other reasons.

If you would like to return or exhange an item, please email for a Returned Mechandise Authorization (RMA). Items will not be accepted for refund or exchange without an RMA.

If your package arrived damage, please report it to us immediately.
